Wallace Berman is, in my opinion, one of the best artist that you may have never heard off. He was affiliated with the Los Angeles avante-garde art scene from the late fifties through the seventies until his untimely death on his 49th birthday due to a car crash. My writing about his work does not do him justice so I have included images of his work, which included verifax collages, amazing photographs, and a mail around project called Semina which featured the work of many well know artists of the time.
